Getting older is a natural part of life, but it often brings along health challenges known as age-related diseases—things like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, cancer, and osteoporosis. These conditions are tied to a gradual loss of function in our bodies as cells weaken and break down over time.
A major reason behind this decline is something called oxidative stress.
